ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Government Advocate for the Petitioner this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time to complete the investigation and file final report, as per the order made in Crl.OP(MD)No.6192 of 2021, dated 23.06.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

NO.3773 OF 2022 3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2021, made in Crl.OP(MD)No.6192 of 2021, is extended finally for a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
