This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to complete his investigation and to file charge sheet in Crime No. 1 of 2014 pending investigation with the respondent within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.sid) submits that charge sheet has been filed for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) IPC and the same was submitted before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this petition is closed.
