ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.410 of 2024, on the file of the First Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit. 1/3

2.A perusal of the "B" diary extract reveals that the defendants have been served only on 19.12.2024, and only today, 90 days period is expiring for filing written statement. In such circumstances, this Court cannot issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. 3.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the request next year. No costs.
