ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.11 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police were arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 12.03.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 436 of I.P.C and hence seek bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioners were detained under Act, 14 of 1982.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
