Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned DSGI for R1 & R2 and the learned Government Advocate for R3.
2. The petitioner is the student of Madurai Government law college. He wants to take part in the Moot Court Competition to be held in Hong kong from 10.03.2024 to 17.03.2024. What is under challenge is the rejection of his visa application by the second respondent. This Court has no jurisdiction over the second respondent. The writ petition itself is not maintainable. It stands dismissed. No costs.
