CRL MP(MD) No.3719 of 2023 hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22088 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the sixth petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required and the other petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
