ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and harass the petitioner except through due process of law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 01.03.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
