This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner date 21.06.2016 and further direct them to investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed.

furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Crl.MP(MD)No.5987 of 2016 is also dismissed.
