He has filed the complaints under Section 138 of Negothiable 1/4

Instruments Act before the Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track Court, Nagercoil. The petitioner with a grievance that the trial in the above cases has not been concluded so far has approached this Court seeking a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. This Court, by earlier order, dated 07.03.2024 has called for an explanation from the concerned Judicial Magistrate. 2.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil by her letter dated 13.03.2024 has stated that the trial was commenced on 18.07.2023 in STC No.72 of 2021 and in STC Nos.73 and 79 of 2021, the trial was commenced on 14.08.2023. The cases were posted for cross examination of PW 1 from 08.11.2023 and there was no representation for the complainant on 18.12.2023 till the month of March 2024. 3.

Considering this attitude of the complainant in not co-operating for the trial and filing these applications before this Court seeking for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the pending cases within a stipulated time, this Court is not inclined to entertain these Criminal Original Petitions.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed based on the report of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil.
