ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Family Court (District Judge), Tiruchirapalli, to take the petition in unnumbered GWOP No.-- of 2023, pending in File No.845 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023 on file and number it and also decide the same on merits in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved over the frequent return made by the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, this Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inspite of the resubmission, the trial Court is not taking up the petition filed by the revision petitioner, on file so far.

4. The maintainability of the petition can be decided on the basis of the arguments advanced by the revision petitioner on the judicial side. 2/4

But returning the petition for one or other reason, may not be proper. Learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to entertain the petition filed by the revision petitioner and if any doubt arises with regard to the maintainability, that can be resolved on judicial side.

5. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
