This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.04.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
