O R D E R

The petitioner seeks police protection in respect of the petition mentioned land. Though the petitioner's counsel made strong submissions and there are prima facie materials indicating that the property in question belongs to the petitioner, in view of the pendency of the civil proceedings I do not want to delve into the matter. Further, the petitioner filed an injunction suit in O.S.No.2 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif, Melur. She also filed I.A. seeking temporary injunction.

2. I am of the view that the petitioner must work out her rights before the civil Court and after succeeding she can move this Court, if necessary for further directions.

3. The learned trial Munsif is requested to dispose of the I.A. within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
