O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to submit the preliminary report to the first respondent upon the enquiry conducted by the second respondent on 07.04.2015 in respect to the case in Crime No.155 of 2015 u/s 174(3) of Cr.P.C. registered for the death of the petitioner's daughter Usha Nandhini and further direct the first respondent to alter the First Information Report in Crime No.155 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for State.

3. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the preliminary report of the second respondent with regard to the Crime No.155 of 2015 has been received by the first respondent as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2737/2015/M dated 10.04.2015.

4. In view of the above said submission, this Court directs the first respondent to proceed further in this regard.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
