The only ground on which the petitioner claims appointment in the place of the third respondent is that the third respondent is not the resident of Poolampatti Village.
2.In the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, it is clearly stated that the Aadhar Card, Family Card and the Employment Registration Card disclose that the third respondent is a resident of Door No.3/3,Valachikulam, Poolampatti Village, Chittampatti Post, Madurai. It is also stated that the petitioner is not the resident of Poolampatti Village, but the resident of Valachikulam Village, which is nearby village.
