The defendant in a suit for permanent injunction not to evict unless by due process of law is the revision petitioner herein. 1/3

2. The suit has been filed by the tenant that he should not be evicted unless by due process of law. The landlord has filed the present revision for expeditious disposal of the suit.

3. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2022 and the defendant has already filed his written statement, the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the said direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
