The petitioner herein wants to conduct Aadal Padal event on 14.04.2018 in connection with the Tamil New Year Festival in Arulmigu Sri Perumal Temple, at Paluvanchi, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. He has given a representation, dated 02.04.2018, in this regard.

2.The second respondent is directed to grant permission. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions in this regard. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
