ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in C.C.No.145 of 2013 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrae, Thoothukudi, apprehends arrest pursuant to Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 29.02.2015.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is facing a case for the offences under Sections 279, 338 and 304(A) IPC and he could not appear before the trial Court on 09.04.2015. He would further submit that he was regularly appearing earlier and for his non appearance on 09.04.2015 the trial Court has issued a warrant.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all the dates of hearings except on those days by filing a petition under Sections 317 Cr.P.C. by assigning valid reasons. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the
order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
