Veilumuthu / de facto complainant in Crime No.17 of 2015 registered by the second respondent, namely, Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi, seeks a direction to complete the investigation and file the final report without further delay.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The complainant complained of cheating of his jewels by certain persons. A case in Crime No.17 of 2015, under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C., was registered as early as on 03.03.2015. The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi, collected the materials. Accused are yet to be arrested.

4. In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent, namely, Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi, is directed to complete the

investigation in Crime No.17 of 2015 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and file the final report according to law before the concerned Court.
