ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the application No.34779 dated 12.08.2020 to change the property tax assessment for the residential properties in D.No.13-5, Pakdharaipanivar Street, Ward No.23, Palayankottai, Tirunelveli District-627002, on the basis of the representation dated 09.02.2021.

2.Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation dated 09.02.2021 in the context of application dated 12.08.2020 in application No.34779 within a period of 8 weeks. 4.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents further submits that all the details that are required to be submitted along with the application have not been filed and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to submit the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.4744 of 2022 5.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application No.34779 dated 12.08.2020, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2021 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to furnish all the documents that are required, which have not been filed along with the application.

6.The writ petition stands disposed of, in terms of the above observation. No costs.
