O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the Petitioner by intervening in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the society namely A-1998 Tirumangalam Co-Operative House building society.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Madurai under Section 145 Cr.P.C. and the same is pending. Therefore, there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
