This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.69 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent within a period fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that Charge Sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.209 of 2014 and the accused were convicted on 22.07.2015
