ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2022 and file the final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the direction given by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12329 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023, the 2nd respondent/the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mannapparai, is now conducting the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2022 and the investigation is almost over, however, three more weeks' time is required for filing the final report.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the 2/4

second respondent to file the final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
