It is an application seeking a direction to withdraw the case in M.C.No.2 of 2015 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelvlei and transfer the same to any other competent Court for further proceedings.

2.As per direction issued by this Court on 31.08.2016, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli has transferred the case in M.C.No.2 of 2015, pending of the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli to the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
