O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for direction to the respondents to de-freeze the petitioner's account bearing No. 288100050305097 with the fourth respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 15/02/2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would fairly admit that no transaction is involved in the account of the petitioner with regard to the alleged offence committed by the petitioner in Crime No.74 of 2022. He has also submitted that the investigation shows that only non commercial quantity is involved in the above said occurrence.

3.In view of the fair admission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
