3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case has been registered in Cr.No.564 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 506 (ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition for Charging Exorbitant Rate of Interest Act, 2003.
