ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to disconnect the service connection granted to the 4th respondent.
2. Heard on either side. Perused the material documents placed on record.
3. The contention of the petitioner is that the land where the 4th respondent is seeking electricity connection is belonging to the 3/6
petitioner. Since factual matter is involved in this case, this Court cannot decide the issue.
4. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent. The petitioner and the 4th respondent are at liberty to produce the records which is relied on. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent shall pass speaking order, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is Disposed of. Consequently, connected petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No 07.08.2023 Internet : Yes NCC : Yes / No 4/6
