ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in civil dispute in the guise of enquiry without following the due process of law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Maruthamuthu against the petitioner, CSR.No.497 of 2022 came to be registered and enquiry was conducted on 29.09.2022 and 03.10.2022 and at the time of enquiry, the petitioner and the said Maruthamuthu have informed them that they have already settled the matter before the elders and the petitioner has agreed to pay the amount in 3 installments and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that there is no other complaint is pending against the petitioner as of now.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
