ORDER

This petition is filed to direct to withdraw the investigation of the case in Crime No.147 of 2015 pending on the file of the 1st respondent herein and entrust the same to 3rd respondent and also direct the 4th respondent monitor the same effectively and file final report in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.147 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 07.04.2015 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
