ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to direct the District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi to entertain the Un-numbered transfer petition against C.C.No.87 of 2013 on the file of the Fast Track Court cum Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases (Judicial Magistrate Level) now on the file of the Judicial magistrate No.I, (In-charge), Thoothukudi. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the transfer against whom, the transfer was sought for has already been granted.

4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, this criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
