ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.R.Anbarasu, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- "This matter is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by order, dated 21.01.2022, this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of Indian Association for the Blind, Sundarajanpatty, Alagar Koil Main Road, Arumbanur Post, Madurai-625 104, on or before 10.02.2022. The said condition has been complied within time and to prove the said fact, a cost memo has also been filed and the same is, hereby recorded.
