This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
