Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1908 praying to direct the respondents to register an F.I.R against the proposed accused based on the complaint, dated 20.04.2015 given by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register an F.I.R against the proposed accused based on the complaint, dated 20.04.2015 given by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter the same has been closed and closure report has not yet been filed.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
