O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to Harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in Crime No.181 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 341 and 506(i) IPC on the file of the first respondent. A copy of the FIR in Crime No.181 of 2017 has also been produced before the Court.

3.In view of the above submission, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
