The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the proposed accused based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2017 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and file the final report after concluding the investigation.

2.Heard Mr.D.Christenson Jugunu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and closed after the preliminary enquiry and further action was dropped.
