This Criminal Original Petition is praying to direct the respondent police to take necessary action in the case registered in Crime No.2 of 2017 and to file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost completed and that the final report will be filed within a period of three months. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to issue the follow directions: ''The respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.'' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
