ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct inspection with the presence of the petitioner to the stone quarry situated at Duraisamypuram, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District run by the 7th respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Court in the light of the proceedings in Ka.No.Ma.Su.Suu.Tha.Ma.aa-tn/1770/Pugar/Ko.No.1030/2023, dated 07.09.2023 issued by the 1st respondent and the proceedings in Ka.No.Pugar / 2133/ Ma.Su.Soo.Po/Tn.Ma.Ka.Va/Virudhunagar/2023, dated 18.10.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent.
2.Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 has submitted that inspection has been carried out and pursuant to which, further activities have also been taken or action has been initiated, where First Information Report is registered against the erring persons.
3.This position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he would submit that in view of the accomplishment of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, suitable order may be passed by this Court.
