for a period of one year for shifting the Nagercoil Unit II, Branch Office functioning in Door No.243L, Xavier Building Assisi Complex, Veppamodu Junction, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already shifted their office to some other place.

3. In view of the said submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
