ORDER
This Petition is filed seeking a direction to provide police protection to the petitioner's company, its workmen and its property in Survey No.17/2A, Panampatti Village, Illupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District from the Respondents 4 to 6 and their henchmen by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2021.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, the case in Crime No.105 of 2021 was registered on the file of the 3rd respondent against the private respondents 4 to 6 under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 427 & 506 (2) of I.P.C., and the investigation is in initial stage.
3. Recording the submissions, and the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side),(*) that if any necessity arises, we are ready to give police protection. the third respondent is directed to conduct proper enquiry with the private respondents, on merits, since civil suit is also pending in respect of the disputed properties, strictly in accordance with P.S.O. 562(b).
4. With these directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
