Respondents/Respondents Prayer in WMP(MD)No.4874 of 2022 :- Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order of dismissal against the Respondents 1 and 2 dated 29.04.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the above W.P.(MD) No.17371 of 2017 and restore the Writ Petition on file and thus render justice.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.17371 of 2017 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. Nil-/2017 dated 10.08.2017, quash the same and consequently forbear the 2nd respondent herein from in any manner recovering the stamp duty of 7% from the petitioner treating the registered settlement deed Doc.No.5947/2016 dated 30.11.2016 as third party settlement.

ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Janakiramulu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Shanmugavel, Additional Government Pleader, for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:- "This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking to restore the above Writ Petition, namely, W.P.(MD)No.17371 of 2017, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 28.04.2019.
