O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2025 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against two unknown persons for cheating of Rs.10,00,000/- for the occurrence took place on 07.01.2025. Thereafter, he lodged a complaint on 08.01.2025 before the 2nd respondent, but no action was taken. Again on 20.01.2025, the petitioner sent a representation to the 1st respondent, but no action has been taken. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner and assigned C.S.R.No.36 of 2025 and thereafter, the petitioner has not cooperated for enquiry and not even appeared for enquiry. If he appears for enquiry, then they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action.

Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent on 03.03.2025 along with documents and thereafter, the 2nd respondent has to conduct an enquiry and dispose the representation of the petitioner within one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
