ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No. 4 of 2025 in O.S.No. 471 of 2022 dated 27.11.2025, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi. 2.The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court in the interlocutory application, whereby the 1/4
application seeking expert opinion for comparison of the signatures of the revision petitioners was rejected.
3.The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that a document dated 18.01.2023 has been produced for the purpose of comparison. The said document is a registered document bearing Document No. 169 of 2023, containing the admitted signature. The disputed signature sought to be compared is dated 31.08.2023.
4.The trial Court dismissed the application on the ground that no contemporaneous document had been produced. It was observed that the petitioners ought to have filed documents contemporaneous to the period in question, along with the application seeking comparison. 5.In view of the above, this Court finds no necessity to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court.
6.Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Speaking : Yes / No 24.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No 2/4
