ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case upon the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.04.2015 against the accused and investigate in a proper perspective manner in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
