This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register an F.I.R and initiate necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner, dated 20.02.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.37 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 436 read with 109 of the Indian Penal Code.
