... Respondents PRAYER:Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, directing the respondents to secure and produce the body of the detenu, the petitioner's son, namely A.Bharadhidhasan, S/o.Annadurai, aged about 18 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) One Annadurai, who is the father of the detenu namely A.Bharadhidhasan, aged about 18 years, has filed the above habeas corpus petition to secure and produce the said detenu before this court and set him at liberty.

2.The third respondent police produced the detenu before this court today and the detenu and his father were enquired by us in the open court.

that he was born on 26.05.1999 and that he along with the said Manimanju are residing in Thiruppur as husband and wife. 4.Since the detenu is a major, aged more than 18 years, we set him at liberty. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
