ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to direct the first respondent to include other accused (Shenbagarani W/o.Dilipkumar, Vijeyanthi Mala, Raju and Ponnusamy) as accused in Cr.No.53 of 2015 by arraying them as A2 to A5, pending on the file of the first respondent and to take action against them and to investigate the matter in accordance with law and to file final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ perused the records.

3.when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that in pursuant to the investigation, came to know that the persons mentioned by the petitioner have played a role in the alleged occurrence and they have been arrayed as accused. At the time of filing of the report there is a likelihood of the petitioner mentioned persons are being arrayed as accused. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the criminal original petition is closed. The respondents are directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
