Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has enclosed a copy of the order dated 25.08.2021 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Illuppur, directing re-classification of the petition mentioned land as natham and for issuance of patta in favour of the writ petitioner. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the order is yet to be implemented. So long as the said order dated 25.08.2021 is holding the field, the third respondent is obliged to implement the same. The third respondent shall carry out the directions of the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
