ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of Time" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 20.06.2023 and requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Madurai in D.No.1786/2023, dated 26.12.2023, seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of the Case in HMOP.No.67 of 2020 and M.C.No.82 of 2020 1/3

on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2020 and M.C.No.82 of 2020.

2. The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, sent a letter dated 26.02.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2020 and M.C.No.82 of 2020., pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.06.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the cases in H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2020 and M.C.No.82 of 2020. from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
