ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.10.2017 and further direct him to investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2.Heard Mr.T.Murugan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the first and second respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint was closed, after conducting enquiry and that therefore this petition is liable to be dismissed.
