ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A10 in Crime No.131/2015 seeks Anticipatory bail for the offence under Section 379 IPC. The learned Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner joining with other accused had stolen the lorry of the defacto complainant worth about Rs.80,000/- and he is having two previous cases of similar in nature.
Considering the above fact, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
