ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2017. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has been arrayed as accused in Crime No.1 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC. A copy of the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2018 has also been produced before the Court.

3.In view of the above said submission, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
